My Story — Burnout in the Name of Purpose

There was a time when I thought I was doing everything “right.”
My calendar was full. My clients were celebrating massive shifts. My brand was growing. My rituals were sacred. I should have felt fulfilled.

But behind the scenes, I was running on fumes.

There were nights I cried in silence after holding space for everyone else.
Moments I questioned whether I was truly making a difference — or just performing spiritual service from a place of depletion.

I had built a powerful brand — but not always from a powerful place.

I had to get radically honest with myself:
Was I still operating from old wounds? People-pleasing? Proving my worth?
Was I pouring from a chalice that had run dry?

That reckoning cracked something open in me.

And from that cracked-open place… the light got in.
